RETURNS

We operate under a 30-day return policy, providing you with ample time to request a return from the date you receive your item. To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must present the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Additionally, if you reside outside of India, please anticipate longer shipping times for your returned goods.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

We urge you to thoroughly inspect your order upon arrival. In the event of any defects, damages, or receipt of incorrect items, please contact us immediately to facilitate resolution. Please note that certain items are ineligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Should you have any uncertainties about the eligibility of your item for return, please don't hesitate to contact us. Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

Should you desire a different item, we recommend initiating a return for the original item. Once your return is processed and approved, you can proceed with a separate purchase for the new item to expedite the exchange process.

REFUNDS

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be advised that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund in your account.
